We believe in the treatments we recommend and the transformation process we've designed for you. That's why we stand behind your One-Year Transformation Program with the following commitment.
The Promise
If you complete your prescribed treatment plan and follow the aftercare protocols outlined by your provider, and you are not satisfied with your progress, we will work with you — at our discretion and at no additional cost — to adjust, supplement, or extend your treatment until we have exhausted every reasonable clinical option available to achieve your aesthetic goals.
How This Works
If at any point during or within 30 days after completion of your program you feel your results are not meeting your expectations, schedule a consultation with your treating provider to discuss your concerns.
Based on a good-faith clinical evaluation, your provider will recommend corrective or supplemental treatments at no additional charge to you. The type, timing, and scope of any additional treatment shall be determined solely by your provider's professional clinical judgment.
If, after completing the recommended corrective treatments, you still feel your expectations have not been reasonably met, you may be eligible for a service credit of up to 25% of your original program fee, applicable toward future treatments at our practice. Service credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
Your Part in the Process
To remain eligible, you agree to attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions, follow at-home protocols, disclose changes that may affect outcomes, communicate concerns promptly, and attend the recommended post-treatment follow-up.
